Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout steps and you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast shipping. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
Q: I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us at info@asvori.com.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make the perfect gift.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping is free on all orders.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location, please check our shipping policy for more info
Q: How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking to update.
Q: My tracking says “no information available.”
Tracking can take a few days to update. If it's been more than 5 business days, email us at info@asvori.com.
Q: What if my package gets lost?
If you selected Insured Shipping, you’re eligible for a reshipment or refund. For standard shipping, we will reship your package if it was lost in transit.
Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
Yes, we do.

Q: Are your dresses true to size?
Yes, our dresses are true to size. Please refer to our Size Guide/Quiz on the product page for exact measurements.
Q: What are your dresses made of?
Most of our dresses are crafted from high-quality cotton/polyester blends. Product pages include specific material details.
Q: Are your dresses see-through?
No, our fabric is carefully chosen to ensure full coverage and comfort—no layering required.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
In some cases, yes. Sign up for our email or follow us on social media for updates.
Q: Do you offer custom sizing or tailoring?
Currently, we do not offer custom sizing.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn (tried on is not a problem), unwashed, and in original condition. Contact info@asvori.com to start a return.
Q: How do I start a return?
Email info@asvori.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Q: Do you offer free returns?
We currently do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
