Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the conditions below are met.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused)

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

If you qualify, then you may choose between the following:

  • Return the product — we will send a replacement of the same item in a different size or color

  • Keep the product — and request the correct size or color to be shipped separately at your expense

  • Return the product — we will refund you

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. In addition, a $10 administration fee per returned item applies and will be deducted from the final refund or charged prior to the exchange shipment.

Refundable Items

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, broken, or soiled

  • The wrong item was received (e.g., wrong size or color)

Size or fit issues are not eligible for a refund unless an incorrect size or color was shipped. (e.g., if you ordered Size S Black and received Size S Black but it does not fit, this qualifies only for an exchange, not a refund.)

Return Window

Returns must be shipped within 14 days after a return address has been provided. If the return is not shipped within this period, it is no longer eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased using store credit

  • Items that have already been replaced once (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase included.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. Bank processing times may vary.

Note: Once an exchange is processed, that order is no longer eligible for a refund.

Shipping Protection
If you've selected Shipping protection, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped or refunded if the order is lost in transit.


If you ordered using "Free premium shipping to the US" or "Priority Processing" (without shipping protection) we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Asovri is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If you made a mistake, send us a message within 24 hours, and we will try to resolve the problem. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
